Maestro Maazel and Actor Flanders - separated at birth?

As mentioned below, Lorin Maazel, conductor of the New York Philharmonic, pictured on the left, is a transfixing dude. He bears an uncanny resemblance to the late actor Ed Flanders, who played Dr. Westphall in the 80's TV drama "St. Elsewhere," which was set in the fictional "St. Eligius Hospital," said to be based on Boston's City Hospital.
