Dexter's pals at the sleep center finally hooked him up with his sleep apnea mask, formally known as CPAP - continuous positive airway pressure.
The sleep center folks told him to show the kids the headgear right away, to avoid possible trauma if they needed to find him in the middle of the night.
D. has also taken to wearing wool caps to bed to keep his shorn (wiffle) head warm - he makes a really nifty appearance when he dons his full bedtime armamentarium.
